Ok so It’s a wrap.

Gregg and Amber have won this year's Love Island and rightfully so.

I think it was safe to say as one of the only original girls standing Amber deserved the win.

I was always here for her winning but I was hoping at one stage she got back with Michael so she could steal the whole 50k but Amber has taught us it's not every day be a City girl but to take the high road and find love.

Ok so to round-up the series as a whole, it was weak.

With only a few episodes standing out being the one where the islanders stripped their clothes off, the girls defending Anna over Jordan, Yewande pulling up Danny and the baby challenge episode. I found myself starting to record the show and then watching it at 10 pm so I can forward the majority of it. I wasn’t trying to agree with my mum this year but... Love Island has been a disgrace.

Love Island do better !

Lucky for the producers, they have the chance to do better with the 2020 early winter series.

I think Love Island is slowly getting there with the whole let’s be exclusive by bringing in MORE THAN one black person this year and tried to bring a curvy girl in ( Anna ) however, she had a BBL and for any of you who don’t know it’s where they put fat from one place into another. So not even Anna had real curves.

Although this wasn’t the best season I think it’s safe to say us, woman have enough proof that men are trash. Not all of you of course, but Love Island hasn’t helped your case.

Exhibit A:

Exhibit B:

Exhibit C:

And the list could go on...

What I do love about the series is for the first time in Love Island we saw a collective of strong women instead of one or two who are then deemed to be mouthy or that have spoken out of place.

Now, the three girls I will list below are strictly invited to be apart of my club ( started up today and founded by me 💁🏽‍♀️ ) with reasons why they have been chosen.

Amy

Amy knew when her time was up, she removed herself from a toxic situation with her head held high.

Amber

Amber put her heart aside and thought with her head. In the recoupling, she chooses Gregg who had shown respect towards her instead of Michael who she originally had feelings for but showed nothing but disrespect.

Maura

Despite the controversy, you know what you are going to get from her and although I don’t agree with everything she has done like beg for sex. I like that she has shown women we do also have a voice when it comes to sex and also showing us it’s ok to change your mind and say no like she did with what’s his name ( his so irrelevant I have had to search his name up on meme pages... can’t find him ).

Joanna has been denied due to running back to Michael since leaving the show even though he tried again with Amber and even though he moved to someone I know at the after party of Love Island: After Sun.

Ok, so the majority of the men were questionable ranging from Anton who’s mum shaves his ass to Jordan who lied through his teeth ( can I get a little one-two drum roll on that joke please).

But Ovie you are what the season needed and if anyone should extort Love Island it should be you. Go and get your spin-off series!

But all in all, I have been extremely dissatisfied and have got more out of the season from the meme pages than the actual show itself. A great thanks to ITV reactions who supplied us with a lot of memes for our weekly round-up and to Maura, Amber, Ovie, Amy and Chris for bringing the sauce to this year's series.

And I would like to give a big shout out to Bell for representing the ends.

See you in January with our Love Island 2020 winter weekly roundups and stay tuned for a summer packed with content.
